Terms and Conditions

2. Accounts

• 2.1  You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• 2.2  You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• 3.1  Use the platform for illegal purposes
• 3.2  Harass, abuse, or harm others
• 3.3  Post false, offensive, or infringing content

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g., stats, scores, photos), you grant Baseball Blitz a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for platform-related purposes.

5. Reseller terms:

• 5.1  The Customer may not resell or make a profit from the reselling of Baseball Blitz services under the standard terms of the Baseball Blitz agreement. In the event the Customer is reselling Baseball Blitz services, Baseball Blitz reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Customer account.
• 5.2  The Customer may enter into a Reseller Agreement with Baseball Blitz to offer the Baseball Blitz services for it's own financial profit. Failure to enter into a Reseller Agreement will result in suspension or termination of the Customer account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software belong to Baseball Blitz or its licensors.

• 6.1  Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to assign or transfer any Intellectual Property Rights from the Provider to the Customer, or from the Customer to the Provider.
• 6.2  With the exception of Baseball Blitz's white label service, whereby Baseball Blitz will provide graphics to the customer which will become the intellectual property of the customer upon receipt of payment by Baseball Blitz.
• 6.3  The Customer will not have the right to Baseball Blitz code or functionality as part of the Intellectual Property transfer in the case of graphics.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 (as amended from time to time), and conducted in Lahore, Pakistan. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties.
